After working for 16 years as a commercial insurance broker, I now work in the technology industry. I identify the need of Latino kids to discover how they can make money online, with simple apps like Hivework.com and Amazontrunk, i currently run 50 online companies around the world - with the purpose to give jobs to kids from 8 to 28 in the technology industry so we can replace guns and drugs for a computer and jobs.
